Chiller works well at keeping the water circulating and cold! The app is acceptable for remote control. Main issue is in my opinion an undersized filter and I wish it had the option for a better micro filter to help with oils and grime that inevitably end up in the tub. Have augmented it with an additional UV filter.
The unit itself is fantastic, nice and quiet, sturdy, and works great. The pipes and fitting however - these felt very cheap and trying to tighten plastic on plastic - lets just say there were mmmaannnnyyy leaks. Teflon tape did not help. I upgraded all my hoses and fitting myself and probably spent an additional $100 on it all. But now it works like a charm.

This is a gamechanger, I have been doing ice baths in a freezer for 3 years, but this is so much more painless. The movement of water while your in it makes it that much colder. Filter is quiet, easy to setup, and gets to 2-3 degrees Celsius. Loving it so far.

I purchased the original cold plunge ( sans chiller) last summer - 2023 which was great, but adding all the ice took time and patience at getting the temps cold enough. Fast forward to this summer I was happy to see Nurecover now had the plunge with the chiller addition, but this did not attach to the previous years model. There was a deal for August where if you purchased the chiller the tub was free. I placed my order on Sept 1. I noticed that I was charged for the tub, $189 and figured the deal was no longer available. I received the products quickly, within a few days. It was all a fairly easy set up and I am happy with everything and use every morning after my workout. I reached out to the company in hopes of clarifying if the charge for the tub could be reimbursed as the website was now updated showing September also included the free tub. I was told I ordered an additional tub, but that I could just return one and would be reimbursed. (Be aware that the customer is responsible for any return fees.) I waited several more days thinking another tub was coming my way? I responded to the email immediately advising this was not the case and that I had only recieved one tub. I never received another reply back. Just something to be aware of, I am still trying to get the money reimbursed from Nurevover. Love the products and looking to purchase the sauna next.

Works very well. Keeps the water cold. I love that it is compact and very functional. If I lived in a warmer climate like down south I would maybe get a larger one but living in the north it has no problem dropping the temp down to the mid 50s within a few hours.

I love the pod chiller I have had no issues. But my steam sauna has not been working for a month. The white container that sits inside the sauna started gushing water out of it and floods the inside of my sauna. I have contacted the company numerous times and all I get is they need approval to send me a replacement. I still don't have it fixed. They never get back with you. I have to be the one to keep contacting. I have only had this sauna since October it quit working in January and I'm still getting the run around. The 3-5 day shipping never happened either. It was more like 2 weeks before I received it. I was hoping when purchasing this from all the reviews I was really getting a great product. This company has changed my mind on that quickly. I'm pretty sure I won't be getting my sauna fixed and I have wasted all this money for nothing. Customer service is not what it use to be.

So far, so good. Almost a month in. Keeps the water at small range of 42-45 for my liking. I appreciate the easy install including the pre insulated supply and return lines with cam lock connections. Built in filter screen cartridge is easy to wash and clean, although the filter could be a smidge easier to access on a regular basis. All in all so far a great product for the price.
Took a few times of turning it off and turning it on again to get it to prime properly and start chilling, but I was able to figure it out
The chiller works great so far. It seems like it even filters the water a bit and is pleasantly quiet. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the ice bath it came with was missing a sleeve for a leg. I reached out to customer support but failed to get a response beyond an auto generated one. It works with a missing leg but it's not a circle and I hope it doesn't collapse and flood my house. Fingers crossed.

The chiller itself works great! I currently have it set to 8 Deg Celsius and the weather has been in the mid to high 20's lately. I'm also loving the water filtration. It's been 3 weeks and the water is still crystal clear. My only complaint is that the quick-connect fittings are made of a cheap plastic and I can't stop a bit of leakage out of the vertical one that goes from the filter to the chiller
Loving the new pod and chiller. Having the ability to set my desired temperature to have a cold plunge every morning is a game changer. No preparation to add ice makes things that much better.

overal i really like the Ice bath. I have had a issue with the pump, i dont feel that the support and customer service has been what i expect. the pump has stoppped working and i've been asked to send a video of it not working. Not sure how you send a video of a pump not working. all that is needed is a replacement pump but i dont seem to be getting anywere.
It is totally worth every penny if you figure it out. Also, original came damaged and I sent a video and they sent a replacement without issue! Love them for that
My first experience with cold plunge and i have to say, i have found my daily plunge exhilarating !! After each plunge, i feel like i can tackle the days activities. It took awhile to get it, but now I have it and it seems to be a very good product. The directions for hookup are absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! You just have to figure it out for yourself through trial and error. Please fix your directions.
